Applications are sought for a trainee Mental Health Practitioner Placement - Learning Disability and Autism in Kirklees. This is a paid full-time role with employment (subject to funding) on successful completion of a 1 year part time training course.
Trainees will undertake a Post-Graduate Certificate in Specialist Clinical Practice in Learning Disabilities and Autism at the Psychological Therapies Training Centre (Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust). The training programme aims to equip practitioners with the skills necessary to improve access and outcomes for Autistic children and young people and those with Learning Disabilities.
